Falling for Fall

The sun is out, the beach is packed, there are tennis rackets and golf clubs littering the back of your car. All of the towels smell like sun tan lotion, and there is sand in every pair of your shoes. It's the peak of summer...and all we can think about is Fall.

Here are the shoes that we can't live without:

(1) Frye Melissa Button Boots. They scream strolling down a leaf filled path in the park, carrying a hot coffee and a magazine, wistfully paired with your fave skinny jeans and a subtly puffed down vest over a long sleeved, light weight cable knit crew. Best part about them they are on sale (till tonight) at Lord & Taylor! Thanks, intern Jamie for this amazing find.

2. The LL Bean Slipper Shoe. Thanks to Hunter, we all get a little excited when it rains. We can't be blamed because Hunter boots are fun and evoke carefree memories of youth, simplicity, and timeless style. But, we cant be blamed for finding them a little annoying, too. They are massive, and cumbersome and when worn indoors are both inappropriate and weird looking.
Enter - the LL Bean Slipper Shoe. Fabulous colors, comfort like you cant imagine, and practicality on a whole new level. Shoes, to be worn in the rain. Kicking ourselves (Hunters off) for not thinking of these ourselves. Paired with a high waist skirt, fitted cardigan with over sized draping scarf, and some amazing earrings...

3. Jimmy Choo Suede Boot. The English language falls short in having words beautiful enough to capture the essence of this piece of art. We genuflect at your store front, Jimmy Choo. Thank you for improving the world, one high heel at a time. It truly doesn't matter what these are paired with - they are magnificent.
